Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise 1–2 residential programs for individuals with behavioral and mental health
• Direct supervision and training of mental health specialists; ensure program development and
• Maintain on-call duties; adjust schedule to program and staff needs.
• Ensure shifts are filled by qualified staff and adhere to policy A-02 wage rules.
• Manage direct service shifts when needed, typically not exceeding 16 hours/week.
• Starting salary: $65,000–$66,788 annually based on experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs for behavioral/serious mental health needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; auto liability insurance; designated Manager
