Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise 1–2 residential programs for individuals with behavioral and mental health
• Oversee training and supervision of mental health specialists; ensure program development
• Flexible full-time role; may be part-time within any given home; on-call for emergencies unless
• Direct service shifts may occur; typically not exceeding 16 hours/week without prior notice.
• Starting salary: $65,000.00 – $66,787.50 per year (experience-based).

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs serving individuals with behavioral and serious mental
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; auto liability insurance required.
• Designation as Manager per 245D licensing.
