Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise 1-2 residential programs for individuals with behavioral and mental health
• Oversee development, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of program aspects; supervise and
• Flexible, full-time position; may be part-time within homes; on-call for emergencies.
• Occasional direct service shifts; when required, not typically over 16 hours/week.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs serving individuals with behavioral and serious mental
• Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; auto liability insurance; designated Manager
