Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise 1–2 residential programs for individuals with behavioral and mental health
• Direct staff training and supervision of mental health specialists.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor program operations to high standards.
• Flexible full-time role; on-call for emergencies; may do limited direct service shifts.
• Starting salary $65,000–$66,788 annually; depends on experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years’ experience supervising programs serving behavioral/serious mental health needs
• Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; auto liability insurance
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing
