Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD) * Up to $5000 sign on bonus *

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise 1-2 residential programs for individuals with behavioral and mental health
• Directly supervise and train mental health specialists within the program.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program.
• Flexible full-time role; may be part-time within homes; on-call for emergencies.
• Occasional direct service shifts, not to exceed 16 hours weekly unless approved.
• Starting salary: $65,000 - $66,787.50 per year.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs serving behavioral and serious mental health needs.
• Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Valid driver7s license with acceptable driving record.
• Auto liability insurance and reliable transportation.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
