Mental Health Specialist II

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental health needs
• Support individuals per behavior/support plans and crisis strategies
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and assist with daily living tasks
• Document services using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap, health tracking)
• Monitor behavior changes and escalate as needed
• Assist family contacts and participate in team trainings

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years with individuals with chronic/severe mental illness or degree in mental-health field
• Must be at least 18 (some programs require 21+)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Basic computer skills and electronic documentation ability
