📋 Description

  • Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral/mental-health needs.
  • Implement behavior support plans, crisis-prevention, de-escalation, and restraints as trained.
  • Maintain a clean, safe living environment; assist with daily living, tasks, transport, community
  • Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap, health tracking).
  • Monitor behavioral changes and communicate with supervisors during crises.
  • Support family contacts, assist with appointments and medication tasks (as allowed).

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years minimum experience with chronic/severe mental illness or degree in mental-health field
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems
