Mental Health Specialist II - Acute Behavioral Services

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral needs.
• Implement behavior and treatment plans, crisis prevention and de-escalation.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and assist daily living tasks.
• Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap).
• Monitor behavior changes and communicate with supervisors during crises.
• Support family contacts and participate in team meetings and training.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years minimum experience with chronic mental illness or a degree in a mental-health field
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic docs systems
