📋 Description

  • Provide direct support with safety, skill-building, and engagement.
  • Support based on behavior and treatment plans; crisis-prevention and de-escalation.
  • Maintain a safe, structured living environment; assist daily living and community engagement.
  • Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap, health tracking).
  • Monitor behavior changes and escalate as needed; communicate with team during crises.
  • Assist family contacts; support appointments and follow medical/nutrition plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years minimum experience with chronic/severe mental illness OR a degree in a
  • Must be at least 18; some programs require 21+
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems
