Mental Health Specialist II - Acute Behavioral Services * Up to $3000 Bonus *

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral/mental health needs.
• Follow behavior/support plans, crisis prevention, and restraint procedures as trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment; assist with daily living and community activities.
• Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap, health tracking).
• Monitor behavioral changes and communicate with supervisors during crises.
• Collaborate with family, case managers, and team members; participate in team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years minimum experience with chronic/severe mental illness OR a degree in a mental-health field
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Basic computer skills; ability to use electronic documentation systems
