📋 Description

• Direct client care including in-classroom social-emotional counseling
• Crisis management and de-escalation
• Data collection and observation
• Assist with classroom management and structuring when required
• Collaborate with ESS/classroom multi-disciplinary team
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• 2+ years in a mental health setting, preferably with youth 5-18
• Experience with crisis management, continuum of care, and working with families
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Experience with students, families, and community health networks
