• Provide in-person therapy to adults in Dale, Indiana.

• Operate as a 1099 contractor in Lyra's clinical network.

• Use evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).

• Manage risk and crisis response as needed.

• Must maintain a licensed, independent practice in the US.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, PhD).
\n
• Unrestricted license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD) with no disciplinary action.
\n
• Experience with ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and measurement-based care.
\n
• Fluent in Spanish.
\n
• Office space to see clients in Dale, Indiana.
\n
• Provide care to adults with in-person availability.
\n
• Experience with risk management and crisis intervention.
\n
• Full-time resident of the United States.
\n
