Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy via live video
• Maintain a diverse caseload of adults/adolescents
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments between sessions
• Deliver culturally responsive care
• Collaborate with peers through clinical consultations
• Access expert consultation for complex cases

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD or equivalent) to practice independently
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT)
• Experience managing risk and responding to crises
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with video tools (Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, Skype)
