Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a diverse mental health caseload from mild to complex.
• In-person therapy preferred; may work with your private or group practice.
• Must have an office space in California to see clients.
• Contract through Lyra Clinical Associates as a 1099 provider.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s support resources as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT)
• Unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT) and measurement-based care
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, families; in-person preferred
• Must have office space to see clients in California
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
• Full-time resident of the United States
