Mental Health Therapist - Full-Time Telehealth

📋 Description

• Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy via live video.
• Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments.
• Deliver culturally responsive care reflecting clients backgrounds.
• Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultations.
• Access expert consultation for complex cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD).
• Experience with ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and measurement-based care.
• Experience managing risk and clinical crises.
• Telehealth therapy experience or comfort with video platforms.
• Full-time US resident; able to work ~40 hours/week.
