📋 Description

• Coaching engineers through practical development experiences
• Manage a portfolio of ~10 pods and ~20 fellows across partners
• Review PRs, docs, roadmaps, architecture, and deliverables
• Lead one-on-one coaching and milestone reviews
• Deliver technical learning modules and create content
• Facilitate technical discussions and cohort learning sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience mentoring or technical leadership
• Ability to review code and provide constructive feedback
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort as a generalist technical coach across multiple areas
