Provide expert consultation and oversee complex menu builds across platforms.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver seamless client experiences.
Manage escalated tickets and ensure timely, high-quality resolutions.
Mentor Level 1 specialists and contribute to process improvements.
Maintain data integrity and consistent naming across integrations.

🎯 Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and spreadsheets for analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Effective under pressure with excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; multilingual is a plus
Proven client-facing consultation and technical implementation experience
Deep understanding of restaurant operations and technology integration
