Method Development and Validation Research Technician II

📋 Description

• Support bioanalytical method development and validation teams
• Lead client projects with limited supervision
• Transfer methods to analytical teams and ensure QA compliance
• Develop, validate, and transfer immunoassays and bioanalytical methods
• Provide technical documentation and project updates to clients
• Mentor junior staff and manage lab workflow to meet timelines

🎯 Requirements

• B.A./B.S. with 5-7 yrs or M.A. with 3-5 yrs or Ph.D. with 2-4 yrs in method development/validation
• Pharma/CRO experience and ligand-binding assay design
• Direct client communication experience
• GxP/GLP regulatory knowledge and lab SOP adherence
• Strong communication, data analysis, and MS Word/Excel skills
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot assays
