🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years in NA or LATAM market leadership, BD, or expansion.
Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms.
Strong Web3 understanding and digital asset exchange models.
Established local network in the region (projects, media, KOLs).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.
