Oversee Inside Sales Team daily activities and coach toward goals with 1:1s.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to run quarterly call campaigns.
Coordinate budgets and implement sales strategies to hit objectives.
Develop new product scripts and qualifying questions for campaigns.
Maintain Inside Sales processes, lead generation, and quarterly planning for solution selling.
Create weekly/monthly dashboards using CRM activity and call metrics.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
2+ years of inside sales management experience.
2+ years of sales experience; computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and sales automation
