📋 Description

• Lead a Site Payments team to ensure accurate, timely investigator payments across projects.
• Scale teams to meet business needs; support recruitment and growth initiatives.
• Oversee project execution to meet customer expectations, contracts, quality, and deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate operational and project risks; maintain business continuity.
• Drive performance through coaching, career development, and reviews.
• Analyze operational metrics and support business growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in clinical trial site payments and operations management.
• At least 2 years leading and developing teams.
• Experience in Functional Service Provider (FSP) model preferred.
• Strong experience with site payment platforms, EDC, financial/ticketing systems, and Excel.
• GCP knowledge, country regulations, tax requirements, and payment compliance.
