Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and safety in the lab.
Perform microbiological testing per SOPs and client requirements within holding time and TAT.
Prepare culture media, reagents, and lab supplies per quality standards.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments/equipment to ensure functionality.
Ensure compliance with GLP, ISO 17025, and SINGLAS standards.
Perform internal QC duties timely.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum Degree in Biological Science, Microbiology, or equivalent.
At least 1-year relevant lab experience (excluding internship).
Good communication, teamwork oriented.
Dynamic and adaptable to change on short notice.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
Good analytical skills and scientific writing.
