Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage daily operations of the microbiology department, including scheduling, supervising, and
• Perform timely and accurate analyses of samples, including preparation, analysis, data review, and
• Maintain quality by following Quality System documents, SOPs, and Test Methods.
• Coordinate major instrument repairs and ensure equipment is calibrated, cleaned, and in good
• Promote safety and ethical practices while ensuring client communications are maintained.
• Act as back-up to Laboratory/Quality Manager and handle work stoppages when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma plus 5+ years’ laboratory experience
• 2+ years' supervisory experience in related field
• Preferred: BS Degree plus 2+ years’ laboratory experience; experience in data analysis, computer
