Microbiology Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee QC Microbiology department operations.
• Provide client technical support for validation/verification.
• Organize client meetings, onsite or offsite as required.
• Assist Sales/Marketing with technical opportunities.
• Review data, write protocols/reports; provide quotations.
• Investigate customer complaints and initiate CAPAs per SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Microbiology or equivalent experience.
• Up to 10 years of analytical lab management experience.
• Strong knowledge of microbiology principles and analytical microbiology.
• Ability to lead, coordinate workload and manage a department.
• Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot assay/equipment issues.
