Address scale challenges: concurrency, high-volume traffic, availability.
Co-own service health: tests, observability, production issues.
Use AI coding tools daily; ensure correctness, security, performance.
Review peers’ PRs and mentor Juniors via pairing and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years Go or 3+ years backend with at least 1 year in Go.
Understanding of architecture and ability to evaluate designs.
Experience with concurrent/event-driven systems: goroutines, channels, retries, idempotency.
Distributed systems and cloud computing knowledge.
Experience building microservices with SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB).
Familiarity with gRPC/GraphQL; production experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.
