Own a high-volume portfolio of mid-market customers
Serve as primary commercial contact
Drive adoption, retention, renewals, and growth

🎯 Requirements

3+ years SaaS Account Management or Customer Success
Experience managing renewals and account growth
Strong relationship, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume portfolio
Analytical mindset to interpret usage data and identify risks/opps
Experience in fintech or regulated industries preferred
