🎯 Requirements

Experience in legal or SaaS with high-volume client management
Strong communication and strategic planning skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage demanding customers
Team player with empathy, motivation, and collaboration
Experience with Salesforce and Catalyst preferred but not required
