Onboard SMB customers using Salesforce/Salesloft/Marketo to drive KYC approvals.
Provide multi-channel support (phone/email/WhatsApp) for KYC onboarding.
Engage customers, handle objections, and negotiate win-win deals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive onboarding with ecommerce partners (Amazon/Shopee/eBay).
Analyze customer trends to identify scalable outreach; run test-and-learn projects.
Coordinate and co-host industry events with partners and marketplaces.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years B2B SMB sales/service experience.
Strong sales acumen; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Fluency in English; another Asian language is a plus.
Excellent communication skills; self-motivated with a growth mindset.
