📋 Description

• Concept scripts for AI characters (IP) based on production needs
• Create narrative longform video content, incl. NSFW visuals, with storytelling focus
• Own end-to-end AI video workflows from ideation to post-production
• Utilise Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI models for visuals
• Maintain consistent character appearance, style and scene continuity
• Align with Content Lead; autonomous execution and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art with AI-driven portfolio
• Hands-on with AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• Understanding AI image/video pipelines: prompting, batching, consistency, post-processing
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects for final assembly and polish
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, composition; maintain AI content consistency
• Soft skills: fluent English; ownership; curiosity; fast iteration; feedback-friendly; NSFW
