• Own end-to-end AI video workflows from ideation to post-production
• Utilise tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse for visuals
• Develop and maintain consistent character appearance and style
• Align with Content Lead while maintaining autonomous execution

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production/VFX; strong AI portfolio
• Hands-on with AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• Premiere Pro/After Effects for final assembly
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency in AI content
• NSFW — Comfortable with uncensored models and explicit content
