📋 Description

• Conceptualise scripts for AI characters (our IPs) and current production needs.
• Create narrative, longform AI videos with stylized NSFW visuals.
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to delivery.
• Utilise Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI video tools to produce sequences.
• Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity.
• Experiment with new AI models and share skills with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art; AI-driven portfolio.
• Hands-on with AI video tools/models (Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse).
• Strong understanding of AI generation pipelines: prompting, batching, consistency, post-processing.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects for final assembly.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration.
