- Own end-to-end AI video production workflow from ideation to delivery

- Maintain consistent character appearance and scene continuity across narratives
- Continuously refine workflows for efficiency and quality
🎯 Requirements
- 4–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art; AI work required
- Hands-on with Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and similar AI tools
- AI image/video generation pipelines: prompting, batching, consistency
- Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar for final assembly
- Strong visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
- Maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated content
Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration; fluent in English. High ownership; take ideas from concept to completion. Experimental mindset; navigate ambiguity. Fast iteration; test, fail, refine quickly. Curious and self-driven; explore AI capabilities. Open to feedback and improvement.
Bonus Points: AI-native storytelling; background in 3D/VFX/colourist; experience with training models (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning). Experience in adult/dating or related creative industries a bonus. Familiarity with ComfyUI. Experience with Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111.
