📋 Description

• Conceptualise scripts centered around AI characters
• Create narrative-driven longform video content with storytelling and NSFW visuals
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to post-production
• Utilise Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI video models
• Maintain consistent character appearance and scene continuity across long narratives
• Align with Content Lead and maintain autonomy; refine workflows for efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art; AI-driven work
• Hands-on with Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and AI tools
• AI generation pipelines: prompting, batching, post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Visual storytelling, pacing, composition; maintain AI character consistency
• Fluent English; high ownership; fast iteration; open to feedback; NSFW
