📋 Description

• Conceptualise scripts for AI characters (IP-based)
• Create narrative longform video content with AI-first workflows
• Own end-to-end AI video production: prompting to delivery
• Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI models
• Maintain character appearance, style and scene continuity across sequences
• Align with Content Lead and drive autonomous execution

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art; strong AI video portfolio
• Hands-on with latest AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• Understanding AI generation pipelines: prompting, batching, consistency, post-processing
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
• Visual storytelling, pacing, composition, cinematic language; maintain character/scene consistency
• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration
