📋 Description

• Conceptualise scripts for AI characters (IPs).
• Create narrative longform AI videos with strong storytelling.
• Own end-to-end AI video workflows from ideation to delivery.
• Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI models.
• Maintain consistent character appearance and scene continuity.
• Add motion graphics and color correction for cohesion.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art; AI-driven portfolio.
• Hands-on with AI video tools/models (Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse).
• Strong AI generation pipeline knowledge: prompting, batching, consistency, post.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects for final assembly.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, composition, cinematic language.
• Fluent in English; able to work autonomously.
