Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor (Freelance - Full Remote - Italy)

📋 Description

• Conceptualise scripts for production needs around existing IPs
• Create narrative longform video content with AI-first pipelines (NSFW)
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to post
• Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI video models
• Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity
• Align with Content Lead and autonomously execute decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art with AI-driven portfolio
• Hands-on with Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and similar AI tools
• Understanding of AI generation pipelines: prompting, batching, consistency
• Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, composition, cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character/scene consistency across AI content
