• Conceptualise scripts for AI characters and IPs.
• Create narrative long-form video content with AI-first workflow.
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflow from ideation to post.

• Maintain consistent character appearance and scene style.
• Improve workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art; AI portfolio.
• Hands-on with Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse AI tools.
• AI video pipelines knowledge: prompting, batching, post-processing.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic language.
• Fluent English; strong communication and ownership; adaptable.
