📋 Description

• Conceptualise scripts around existing AI characters (IP)
• Create narrative, longform AI video content
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows
• Utilise Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI tools
• Develop and maintain character appearance, style, and continuity
• Experiment with new AI models and share skills with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production, VFX or digital art
• Hands-on with AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• AI image/video generation pipelines (prompting, batching, consistency)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic language
• Fluent English; strong communication
