• Conceptualise scripts based on production needs and AI IPs
• Create narrative longform video content with AI-first pipelines
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to delivery
• Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI video models
• Maintain consistent character appearance and scene continuity
• Refine workflows for efficiency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art
• Hands-on with AI video tools: Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI content
