🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in video editing with ads portfolio
• Storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-driven work
• Experience with generative AI tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong NSFW/ad marketing trends: pre-roll ads and TikTok-style edits
• Familiar with CTR/CR/CPM/ROAS and data-driven optimization
