📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for social and adult sites focusing on user acquisition.
• Lead editing and post-production to ensure visuals and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing & creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards aligned with data.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway) to boost output.
• Maintain high visual storytelling standards amid rapid feedback and iterations.
• Optimize videos for formats, ratios, and channel best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years editing ads for paid marketing campaigns.
• Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• Experience using generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway).
• NSFW/adult advertising experience; pre-roll and TikTok edits.
• KPIs: CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS; optimize creatives by data.
• Fluent in English; excellent communication and collaboration.
