📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for Socials and Adult sites focused on user acquisition.
• Lead editing and post-production of marketing videos from concept to final cut.
• Collaborate with marketing/creative teams on concepts and storyboards.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway) to speed production.
• Optimize videos for formats, ratios, and channel-specific best practices.
• Stay on top of short-form ad trends in the adult-adjacent space.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing for paid marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway).
• Strong storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• Knowledge of NSFW/ad content trends (pre-rolls, TikTok-style edits).
• Familiarity with KPIs like CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS and data-driven optimization.
