📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for Socials and adult sites with UA focus.
• Lead editing and post-production of marketing videos.
• Collaborate with marketing/creative teams on concepts and storyboards.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway) to speed production.
• Optimize video content for various formats, ratios, and channel best practices.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years video editing with ads portfolio.
• Strong storytelling, motion design, and sound design.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
• NSFW/ad advertising trend knowledge (pre-roll, TikTok-style) and KPI familiarity (CTR/ROAS).
• Excellent communication and collaboration in English; data-driven and fast iteration.
