📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for socials and adult sites
• Lead editing and post-production for marketing videos
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on concepts and storyboards
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway to speed production
• Maintain strong visual storytelling with rapid feedback
• Optimize videos for formats, ratios, and platform best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing with a strong ad portfolio
• Strong storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design
• Experience with generative AI tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of NSFW/ad advertising trends and KPIs (CTR, ROAS)
• Fluent English and collaborative communication
