📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for socials and adult sites.
• Lead editing and post-production for marketing videos.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on concepts.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway) to speed production.
• Maintain high-standards visuals with rapid feedback iterations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing for paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway).
• Strong storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• NSFW/adult content advertising experience with KPI awareness (CTR/ROAS).
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
