📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for socials and adult sites, focused on user acquisition.
• Lead editing and post-production for marketing videos to be visually engaging and conversion-focused.
• Collaborate with marketing/creative teams on concepts and storyboards aligned with data and objectives.
• Use AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway to speed up production.
• Maintain strong storytelling with fast feedback and iterations.
• Optimize video content for formats, ratios, and channel-specific best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in video editing with strong ads portfolio.
• Storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
• NSFW/ad content advertising: pre-rolls and TikTok-style edits.
• Familiar with CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS; optimize by data.
