📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for social and adult sites with focus on user acquisition.
• Lead editing and post-production of marketing videos to be visually engaging and conversion-optimized.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on concepts and storyboards aligned with performance data.
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway to accelerate production.
• Maintain strong visual storytelling with rapid feedback-based iterations.
• Optimize video content for versatile formats and platform specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing with a strong paid marketing portfolio.
• Strong storytelling, motion design, and sound design for performance-driven creatives.
• Proven experience using generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.).
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of NSFW/ad content trends (pre-roll, TikTok-style edits).
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration.
