📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for social and adult platforms with a UA focus.
• Lead editing and post-production for marketing videos to maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing/creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards based on data.
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway to speed production.
• Maintain strong visual storytelling while adapting to rapid feedback.
• Optimize video content for formats, ratios, and channel-specific best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years video editing for paid marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Generative AI tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway.
• Storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design skills.
• NSFW/ad content advertising familiarity (pre-roll, TikTok-style).
• Fluent English; strong communication and collaboration.
