📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for social and adult sites with strong UA
• Lead editing and post-production for marketing videos
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on concepts/storyboards
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway) to speed up production
• Maintain high-quality storytelling with fast feedback-driven iterations
• Optimize videos for formats and channel-specific best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing with ads portfolio
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
• Experience using generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• Storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design
• NSFW/ad content advertising trends (pre-roll ads, TikTok edits)
• Familiarity with advertising KPIs (CTR, CPM, ROAS) and data-driven optimization
