📋 Description

• Create high-performing video ads for Socials and adult sites to drive acquisition
• Lead editing and post-production for marketing videos, ensuring conversion-ready output
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align concepts with data
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway) to boost output
• Maintain high standard of visual storytelling with rapid feedback iterations
• Optimize video content for formats, ratios, and platform guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years editing ads with a strong paid campaigns portfolio
• Storytelling, pacing, motion design and sound in performance creative
• Gen AI tools in editing: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong English communication; collaborative and ownership mindset
• Knowledge of NSFW ad trends and KPI metrics (CTR, ROAS) for optimization
